  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all massage and skincare services. Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel appointments. We charge in full for same-day cancellations and no-shows.

  • We have a 4-hour cancellation policy for public sauna visits. We charge in full for no-shows or sauna visits canceled with less than 4 hours’ notice. Pre-paid package series will be redeemed for 1 visit.

  • We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for private sauna rentals. We charge in full for private sauna rentals canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to private sauna rental.

  • We do not bill health insurance directly. Itemized receipts are provided upon request. When submitting for reimbursement, please note our tax ID is 88-0843729.

  • It is our ongoing policy to refuse service to clients with any cold/flu-like symptoms. This policy is to protect the health and safety of our employees and other clients. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, please stay home and reschedule your appointment.

  • Masks are optional throughout the facility and treatment rooms. If you are receiving a treatment and you would like your practitioner to wear a mask, please ask and they will have one ready to wear.

  • All public sauna days are all-gender, age 16+ (under 18 with an adult).

  • Sauna is not included with massage or facial treatments, but can be booked separately.

  • For multiple sauna guests, please make separate appointments for each guest or reach out about a private rental.

  • Swimwear is required during public hours. Please bring a swimsuit and a water bottle.

  • Unplug - leave your phone in your locker and enjoy some quiet time.

  • Complimentary Löyly body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the locker room.

  • Ask about our DIY face masks, soothing foot soaks, body salts, cleansing tea, and cold beverages to compliment your visit.

  • Please shower before entering the sauna.

  • The facility is a quiet-conversation only zone so all guests can enjoy the space. Our NE location has a silent and a social sauna. Please speak softly when visiting with friends regardless of the area you are in.

  • Secure lockers are provided, please return keys on check-out. $20 fee for keys or locks taken from the premises.

  • Physical displays of affection are strictly prohibited.
